Spice has announced its new Spice D-1111 Candybar style Dual SIM Mobile (GSM+CDMA) PDA handset which is INDIA’s First Dual Mode GSM+CDMA PDA Mobile phone powered by Windows 6.0 platform.

The Spice D-1111  features 256K colors TFT color dislay and sports 2.0 Megapixel CMOS Digital Camera with video recording and playback capability, integrated MP3 media player, GPRS and Bluetooth connectivity.

Dual SIM (GSM+CDMA) Spice D-1111 mobile phone allows in SIM-1 Quad-band GSM 850 / 900/1800/1900 MHz and in SIM-2 CDMA2000 1x 800 MHz network connection. The phone enables user to carry two distinct phone numbers at the same time.

Spice D-1111 PDA mobile phone is equipped with 2.8-inch 262K colors TFT display with 240×320 pixels resolution and it features2.0 Megapixels digital camera with maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 pixels with 6X digital zoom, night vision, 7 levels of brighness settings and multi shot feature.

The camera is also capable of capturing live video with sound in QVGA resolution of 320 x 240 pixels in 3GP, AVI & WMV video formats.

The Spice D-1111 PDA mobile phone is powered by Microsoft  Windows Mobile 6.0 OS that allows users to  access their emails at corporate MS exchange server and allows accessing/creating/updating Microsoft Word, Excel, Mobile charts and MS Powerpoint presentations.

The Spice D-1111 mobile phone comes with 64-MB Internal Memory and offers microSD/MMC Slot with upto 2-GB expandable memory capacity. The phone allows unlimited entries phonebook and unlimited SMS memory, limited to memory size. The phone is also equipped with email-to-SMS application allowing users to access their email in SMS channel without requiring GPRS connectivity.

Mitr Application allows access to news paper anywhere on Spice D-1111 handset which has inbuilt Financial Express application. Users can also download new applications for Windows Mobile platform.

Built-in Nimbuzz Chatting application allows  chatting with friends or colleagues on one window in addition to chatting on Yahoo, MSN, GTalk, Skype and many more.
